A culinary journey in Trentino, it's what we propose during your holiday at Chalet Alpenrose Val di Peio. Food must be discovered not only through the palate but also with the eyes, touched with the hand and rejoiced with mind and soul. When you visit a new place you cannot say you have truly known it until you sit down at table and taste with all your senses the flavors that this country has offer to you. Exactly for this reason we have combining the culinary experience of eating in our Sissi Stube Restaurant with some themed dinners that will be held during your weekly stay. Places of high tasting experiential in Val di Peio.
How and When?
The proposed restaurants, agritourism’s and Alm lodges can be reached independently and are 10 to 20 minutes faraway by car from the Hotel. Some agritourism’s can also be reached on foot.

Themed dinners are offered from early June to mid-October.
The culinary program of the week may be subject to changes based on internal needs of the management.
